Fair Day weather update

Regardless of the weather, the fabulous Mosman Festival Fair Day will proceed as planned this Sunday, 25 October.

A decision about some aspects of the day cannot be made until the morning.

If there is light / intermittent rain many activities will go ahead and some will be relocated to wet weather venues. Please see below:

• Concert in the Park & Mosman SuperStar Talent Quest would move to the Grand Hall, Mosman Art Gallery & Community Centre, Cnr Art Gallery Way & Myahgah Rd

• Seniors Centre Open Day will continue

• Youth Centre Open Day will continue

• Plaster Art & Mini Masterpieces to continue in the Melody Room of the Mosman Art Gallery & Community Centre, Cnr Art Gallery Way & Myahgah Rd

The following events will still run. They will be cancelled in the case of heavy rain / strong winds.

• Pets Day Out
• HMAS Penguin Display
• Vintage Vehicles
• Waste Into Art
• Sustainability Expo
• Fair Day Market
• Food Fair
• Scouts Harbourside Hikeathon
• Face painters & balloon sculptors to wonder still wonder through the venue.

The following activities would be cancelled in the event of any rain.

• Amusement Rides
• Circus Activities
• Giant Games for Littlies
• Emergency Services Expo

All stall holders are encouraged to bring suitable wet weather equipment for their stall area. If activities are cancelled a message will be placed on the Wet Weather Infoline – 9978 4136.
