Love For Sale: Jane Rutter and Peter Cousens in Concert

Two of Australia’s International stars return to the Mosman Festival by popular demand. First Lady of the flute, Jane Rutter and West End Musical Star, Peter Cousens sparkle in a brand new show which explores the currency of love. The outcome is not cheap!

For one performance only, audiences can revel in the twisted love songs and romantic classical pieces from the hearts of the great composers: Verdi, Faure, Bernstein, Bizet, Kreisler, Rodgers and Hart, Lerner and Loewe, Gershwin and Cole Porter. Accompanied by Pianist and Musical Director Guy Noble, Rutter and Cousens will perform the music created for the great opera and musical stage characters: Carmen, La Traviata, Tony and Maria, Sweeney Todd and the Man of la Mancha and others.

Jane Rutter and Peter Cousens will be performing at the Mosman Art Gallery & Community Centre on Saturday 31 October from 8pm. Tickets are $49 (refreshments provided). Bookings are essential on 9978 4178.
